IREG Engineering is a specialized firm based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, operating in geotechnical engineering, geological surveying, and mining exploration. We conduct essential soil laboratory testing to determine the physical and mechanical properties of earth materials prior to construction. Our primary mission is to mitigate geological hazards, assure structural safety, and optimize resource extraction across Cameroon and the broader Central African sub-region. As part of this mission and in its specific fields of activity (Geotechnical and Structural Engineering, Specialized Geotechnical Laboratory Testing, Geological Surveying and Hydrogeology, and Mining Exploration & Resource Evaluation.), IREG Engineering is responsible for:

• Geotechnical Site Investigations: Conducting onshore subsurface drilling, trenching, and boring to map soil layers.
• In-Situ Field Testing: Performing Standard Penetration Tests (SPT), Cone Penetration Tests (CPT), and pressure meter tests directly on-site.
• Foundation Engineering & Design: Determining allowable bearing capacity and settlement profiles for shallow footings, raft foundations, and deep piles.
• Environmental management and protection;
• Forecasting natural risks.
